UPDATE YOUR BILLING INFORMATION OR VIEW INVOICES

To update your card details, please follow the instructions below.

Click this link (opens a new tab) and enter your email into the field

Within a few minutes, you should receive an email from “ThriveCart” with the subject “Update info/view purchase history”. Please check your spam folder as well! Once you’ve received the email please click the link inside that email (it expires in a few minutes so if it doesn’t work, request a new link via step 1).

After you clicked the link, it will open a page where you can click “Update my info” in the profile section. Clicking this button will then open a window with your personal details and the ability to update any card details.

To update your credit card the steps are:

• Click the ‘Update’ button to unlock the credit card fields

• Enter the new credit card details

• Click “Save Changes"

Let’s be real being an entrepreneur is HARD. It’s full of highs and lows, and sometimes you just need to take a breather… we all do! You joined FEA Create because you wanted to follow your dreams, right? Whatever the reason, sometimes you just need to talk it out with someone to get a fresh perspective on the situation. And that’s what we’re here for — to motivate, inspire and cheer you on because we KNOW you can do it (and deep down, so do you!)

Once you have cancelled, you will have access to your account until the end of your trial or next billing date. If you cancel after your billing date, we will not process refunds. Afterwards, we will save your account for six months, just in case you change your mind and want to come back. This means all your funnels and websites will be ready and waiting for you to get going again!
